1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Materex Special Dish Ventures (a brand of Zubitex Foods, operating at No. 5 Bakery Close, Rumukwuchi, Shell Pipe Line, Port Harcourt, Rivers State). By accessing our website (materex.com.ng), submitting orders via WhatsApp, or applying for job openings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Bread Ordering & Supply Terms

• Daily Fresh Production: All bakery products are baked fresh daily and supplied subject to daily bakery availability and scheduled production batches.
• Wholesale & Retail Orders: Orders initiated through our website or direct WhatsApp messaging (+234 913 154 9292) are confirmed upon invoice agreement, dispatch notification, or verbal confirmation by our sales managers.
• Prices & Quantities: Trade terms, discounts, and minimum order quantities for wholesale stockists in Port Harcourt are agreed upon individually according to distribution tiers.

3. Allergen & Product Safety Notice

All Materex Bakery bread varieties contain wheat and gluten. Customers and food vendors are advised to review ingredient lists before consumption or resale. All bread must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and packaging wrappers must be kept out of reach of infants to avoid suffocation hazards.

4. Job Applications & Recruitment Terms

• Truthfulness: All candidates applying for positions (Production Manager, Cashier, Baker, Factory Workers) warrant that all credentials, educational certificates, work histories, and details provided are authentic and accurate.
• Minimum Age: In strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, applicants for bakery production and machinery operations must be at least 18 years of age.
• Equal Opportunity: Materex Bakery is an equal opportunity employer. Selection is determined purely by competence, merit, character, and operational requirements.
• Physical Screening: Submission of an online form does not guarantee employment. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for in-person interviews and practical assessments at our Rumukwuchi production plant.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial misappropriation is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes arising out of business operations or site usage shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.
